Many animals are subjected to cruel and abusive treatment. For many years Animal Rights Hawaii has and continues to prevent harm to animals.  Cathy Goeggel, President of Animal Rights Hawaii, appears on Eyes On Hawaii with Carroll Cox to share how her organization is working to eliminate animal abuse.
